1) Songs from the same sessions as: “Dizzy Gillespie & Roy Eldridge – Diz & Roy LP” (VE2 2524), recorded in Oct. ’54 with Gillespie and Eldridge on trumpets, Oscar Peterson on piano, Herb Ellis on guitar, Ray Brown on bass and Louis Bellson on drums.
2) One extra Ballad Medley, more like a battle between Roy and Diz, recorded in Nov. ’55. Personnel is the same, except for Buddy Rich, who replaces Bellson on drums.
