Terms of Delivery

Orders are processed no later than the next business day from the time of the order. Delivery within Finland takes place within 1-3 business days from the order processing. Delivery times to destinations outside Finland differ depending on the country. Orders are always shipped as one package. If the order includes pre-order items or items that are not in stock at the time of ordering, the order will be shipped only when all items on the order are available.

You will receive a confirmation to your email when the order is processed. If you are under 18 years old, please obtain permission from your guardian before placing an order.

Delivery Methods

Matkahuolto
Matkahuolto’s Lähellä parcel is delivered to the recipient’s address or the nearest pickup point chosen by the customer within an estimated 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Posti
The order is delivered as a postal package to a parcel locker or Posti pickup point, depending on the customer’s choice.

DHL
DHL delivers the package as a home delivery within 1-3 business days in Finland. The customer can choose a suitable delivery time. Deliveries outside Finland may take 3-7 business days.

In-Store Pickup
Orders for in-store pickup are available for pickup as soon as the order is processed. Please note Digelius Music’s opening hours when picking up your order.

The shipping cost for all delivery methods within Finland is €8.90. Orders sent abroad are shipped with DHL, and the cost depends on the destination country.

Returns

All products purchased from the online store have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The returned product must be unused or in the condition it was received. Returns can be made by mail or by bringing the product to the store. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in the return. In case of returns, the refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by email first.
